Im usually never satisfied with online support but this was amazing. Fast, on point, super kind. The guy helping me out and went above and beyond. I dont think Ive ever been this happy about customer support!!!

20mb upload limit basically renders it…
20MB upload limit basically renders it useless. Seriously what am I supposed to do with that? selfies? I cant upload WordPress themes or templates or anything. Very disappointing and poor service provision.

Good customer support
I really dont have much knowledge about web hosting but recently I had some issues with SSL certificates and their technicians managed to resolve all my issues. I am very happy with the professional support. I can just suggest you be quick thats it.

Absolutely terrible
They are growing rapidly and it appears they are sticking very inexperienced people on customers product servers. I mean people who dont know how to SU to root or comment, I have Plesk experience but not Cpanel, I will see if I can figure it out. I have managed servers and spend more time educating their staff or communicating with supervisors who simply no longer care about the complaints of inexperience by their staff, it is exhausting. We are looking for alternatives to our servers. Our customers deserve better.

Stay away
The worst company ever. They will make you lose your customers. I can't advice my enemy to use their service. Technical support are not skilled enough to handle the customer request based on the shit service offered by their system. My service was down for 3 weeks and getting my file was a pain to migrate to a better provider. PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM iPAGE, DO NOT IGNORE THE WARNINGS FROM THE USERS GIVING THEIR REVIEWS ABOUT iPAGE. I wish I knew about these reviews before signing up with them.

Fraud Web Hosting with Worst Support
Now a days they claim that Malware are there and don't let you scan those malwares and make your website down for 2-7 days without any reasons.

They have an extremely nice customer service. This is a bad thing because they are not helpful at all they just apologize over and over again and tell you an expert will come talk to you. I have had my site down for 4 days and the best their representatives could do was tell me ONCE AGAIN a expert will contact me in 24-48 hours (this is 96 hours after the first time i was told it)

Sites Crash All of the time. No customer support
I used iPage for quite some time and had a very poor experience with them. My site crashed almost every other day during a couple month period, and I had to call continuously to have it "fixed". Each time I got a different story on why it was happening. I finally switched hosts and requested a partial refund, as I had paid in full and still had most of the year left that I wasn't using. They refused to help in any way with this, even though I was forced to switch hosts due to their issues. I would NOT recommend using them. Waste of time and money.

Total Waste of Money
I have lot of complaints about iPage hosting. Their domains are expensive, SSL performs average, hosting is poor, Renewal cost changes. I have already moved to other web host. The service was really ridiculous. I had to constantly take followup on add-on services.

Total waste of money with iPage
Domains at ipage are quite expensive and hosting performance is very average. Also the company is not honest with its cancellation policy. Stay away from this company at all cost. This is totally incompetent comany.
