Siteground did a great job solving the problems that they created. I was unable to log into my website. My password didn’t work and I wasn’t sure why. Unfortunately, you cannot access site ground support unless you are logged in. Their password recovery system did not function correctly, not excepting the code that you texted me, and not sending me a back up email. I had to go through their sales chat on the homepage in order to access their support system. After I was connected with support, they were able to rectify the situation, Somewhat slowly. So yes, site ground was able to solve my problem, but the problem was created by site ground. The support personnel were very polite. They were not the cause of any of these issues.

Been a loyal customer since 2010. Recommended their great support fast servers and reliable uptime. Not anymore. Since the new backend interface is away from Cpanel. It's gone downhill. And fast... Been on chat support for the last 20 min. No response. Used to be immediate response time. Not anymore. New backend throws an error. And I dont have the access to the tools to change it anymore. So sad. Moving out. Had enough of this rubbish. 40+ websites. But I'm done with them. Just unacceptable for a VPS server. Oh and since the new backend. Time to First byte wasn't very good to begin with. Now I have sites with TTFB that take 5 seconds!!. 5 seconds! Unbelievable.
Used to be great but not anymore
SiteGround used to have great support, but not anymore. The average response time for a support ticket is 8 hours! Sometimes if you are lucky, you get an abstract answer after 1 hour and then you wait for hours and hours for the next reply. Their servers used to be great too, but unfortunately this has changed dramatically for the worse. I am paying for an expensive cloud server and all I get is problems, especially after their migration to Google Cloud platform. I don't know what happened to this company. It's a shame. After 5 years on SiteGround I am now looking for another hosting company.
Less secured server infrastructure
I was customer of siteground once, now I have switched to much better web host now. I had one reseller hosting account associated with siteground, dont know how but all server got crashed. I lost all my data hosted on the server. This was big loss to me. Do not trust this web host.
Best Customer Support
I am associated with siteground hosting since couple of years. And it has been really great working with them. The support team has good knowledge of technical issues and response time is also good. They put so much time to resolve all issues and I cant ask for more. Thanks a lot again.
Worst platform for Web hosting
They are too very rude and it has been never easy going to support staff. It takes a very long time to resolve issues. Not a helpful web host for beginners. Not efficient services.
Not trustworthy company
I hired a web designer & developer as I had the requirement. I am continuously facing issues since the day I purchased the account from the site ground. The technical guy is very slow to respond. Chat sessions are very long. And it has been really frustrating. They really need to work on these serious issues.
No good web host
My site was down for few hours. I contacted support team, they said to change my password due to some website glitch. Meanwhile they shutdown my website for a while. I was waiting for them to reply. There was no reply to my mail or tickets. They could have let me know the issue or could do many things. This was really expected behavior from siteground.
Not good for bloggers
They are surely not good for bloggers. I am soon going to change hosting form them to milesweb. Although being clear by my side all the time, they have harassed me. Most of the time, I needed a support, and there was no one to dealt with the issue. I will never recommend anyoen siteground web host.

I am one of those happy customers who are availing siteground services. They are very prompt and friendly. They have provided me clear information and it was good working with them. You have been assisted well with issues.
