Prompt Answers with knowledgeable Sales Rep.
Sales representative was prompt with his response and very helpful. Had a good amount of knowledge about the setup and technical questions we had before moving all of our agency sites and our clients sites over to a new home. Great so far.

Stay away
People at siteground dont know what they are talking about, nor take their customers seriously. They have kept a lot of their sites down for 4 days and running, and dont have an ETA, nor a good support structure. Their quality is very poor and based on the service level. Worst service stay away from this company

Ive used just about every hosting service on the planet it seems. Not one company compares to SiteGround. Not only are they simply the most secure, SEO-friendly, and FASTEST website loading service, but their tech support is off the hook! There is no reason to look elsewhere as SiteGround rocks!

They just made me pay $60 for one month
They just made me pay $60 for one month of hosting service because the first time I paid $30 it renewed it for one month but based it off the first time it expired. So since my service originally expired on 12-06, my renewal in 1-04 started in the past which makes no sense. Read the fine print cause I feel like Ive been robbed.

I selected SiteGround for the quality and pricing
I decided to move my hosting to SiteGround for the quality of the hosting (I watched so many review videos) and the pricing. I've been with them a few years now and have upgraded and added services. I'm still really pleased with t he quality and price. They have upgraded their entire suite of customer tools in the last year, too. But, the thing that I really love is their support. I've had to contact them a few times and I've never had to wait more than a minute - it's usually just a few seconds. And, the team is really polite, professional, and supportive. I can't imaging changing hosts.

didnt help me to solve my query and closed chat even my query was not solved... Very unprofessional behavior from Ivan L. Not satisfied by this service. Worst experience ever.

Buyer Beware
Generally good performance though glitches have been experienced. Support, when you can find it does work well. But BEWARE THOSE INITIAL PRICES WILL MORE THAN DOUBLE. You will have a rate of $119 the first year and nearly $500 the second. If there is something beyond bait and switch, this has to be it.

SiteGround has excellent customer service. The Live Chat tech support is super useful. Especially on a busy day, where you dont have time to drop what youre doing and make a call.

They solve the problems that they created.
Siteground did a great job solving the problems that they created. I was unable to log into my website. My password didn’t work and I wasn’t sure why. Unfortunately, you cannot access site ground support unless you are logged in. Their password recovery system did not function correctly, not excepting the code that you texted me, and not sending me a back up email. I had to go through their sales chat on the homepage in order to access their support system. After I was connected with support, they were able to rectify the situation, Somewhat slowly. So yes, site ground was able to solve my problem, but the problem was created by site ground. The support personnel were very polite. They were not the cause of any of these issues.
