THEYRE VERY IRRESPONSIBLE TO THEIR WORK, MY SERVER HACKED ALL DATA DELETED AND THEY SAID THEY DONT HAVE SERVER BACKUP, REALLY??? DONT BUY ANY SERVICES FORM THEM

Pathetic service.
I had a great impression of Bluehost. But ever since I became their customer I started experiencing their poor service quality and work efficiency. They dont care about their customer, Their support is poor, representatives are arrogant. All you get in the name of support is "Wait".

Extremely Disappointed
I have hosted my website with Bluehost for more than a year and always had good customer service. Currently, I have a security support ticket submitted Saturday requesting urgent assistance with some vulnerability issues regarding my SSL certificate. Its now Tuesday and I have not had a single response in more than three days. I have called at least twice each day and each time I am told the security support team is busy and they are very sorry for the delay. I should hear from someone within a few hours. But still, three days later ... nothing. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!

Their service has been reliable for a year and on multiple occasions when I needed any help or has a problem, their support team is there and they are friendly. Just the servers are a bit slow compared to the price

Great for VPS
Lovely experience, really. I have been using their Snappy plan for a while now and never have I had a downtime. The speed and everything even the support team...cant stop raving about how good a brand they are. Best part is that they are worth every penny.

Quick response. Resolve issue accordingly to demand of the client. Really appreciate your team service. but your certificates and loading time has to improve. Your support team is good but we get tired by contacting them again and again as we face problems

If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars to Bluehost. Once I started using and developing a site we realized the performance was really poor. When we tried to cancel, they kept disconnecting the chat and wanting to investigate, the slow response was there. They offer a 30 day money back guarantee which they dont honour, we got disconnected 6 times. Stay away from these cowboys.

Bluehost has meet my needs that I was looking for. The price is also right. We are currently looking for expanding our business, & Bluehost will be able to provide better web hosting solutons. Support team of Bluehost is also exceptionally well, resolves problem in quick time.

Deceptive Sales Team
I do not recommend Bluehost. In a chat session with sales, I was sent a link that was supposed to our needs. Three days later, we found it does not fit our needs. They will not refund the full amount. I went through at chat for over 30 minutes and refused to refund the entire amount.

Bluehost has been really beneficial to me. It has helped me in growing my business. I am no tech guy, but I was able build my own website. Bluehost offers variety of learning options and they help to go extra mile to support their users. Most recommended.
