So far so good
I have more than one account on Bluehost - one for a charitable organization, one for my personal site. Both have been easy to manage and update. The price is reasonable given all the things I get, and I like having access to all the options on cPanel. The BH customer service has been helpful on three fronts: 1. online video tutorials 2. responsive community/discussion board 3. online "live" chat with a real person.

Slowest hosting with atleast 7-8 hours of monthly
For those who are thinking about making this decision... Dont. Its slow, really slow and sometimes the servers go down for an hour

They don't support to clients
They dont support to clients. I upgrade my hosting. after migration my website does not working. after chat with them, chat will be auto end. Dont buy anyone hosting from here

Yet again, awesome customer support. They was incredibly helpful and patient. Always happy to be a Bluehost customer support. But they need to focus on quality service and need improvement on server load time

No longer very good- and I've been with them s
My site has been down for 2 days, as it is part of a server transfer. Probably the worst time of year for this to happen (as its the holidays). When I asked why there wasnt a notification of possible service interruption I was told one was sent out last year. Its currently march. Ive always been happy with Bluehost but the past several months have been horrible
