Never use Bluehost.
Please beware and steer clear of BLUEHOST as web hosts. We spent 2 years and thousands of dollars making a classifieds website. Blue host discovered there were personals ads on our website and immediately blocked it and removed the whole URL with zero warning or notice. if they had of given warning or allowed us in just once to make backups wed be fine. Stay away from these frauds. They wiped away months of work and thousands of dollars. Stay away from their hosting they are scum and the business suffered immensely simply because they dont have any common courtesy.
Bluehost is an absolute nightmare!
They unassigned my domain and my email address associated with the domain disappeared! After several lengthy phone calls over a 3 day period and many hours wasted time Bluehost was still not able to recover the email address which is causing a big loss in our business!! The last Bluehost rep said there was nothing they could do to fix their blunder and then she hung up on me!
I had a lengthy conversation with the customer service representative. It took some time, but we eventually figured out what was causing the issue I was experiencing. Lets hope the professional will handle it now. Thank you so much for all of your help!

I have more than one account on Bluehost - one for a charitable organization, one for my personal site. Both have been easy to manage and update. The price is reasonable given all the things I get, and I like having access to all the options on cPanel. The BH customer service has been helpful on three fronts: 1. online video tutorials 2. responsive community/discussion board 3. online "live" chat with a real person.
Slowest hosting with atleast 7-8 hours of monthly
For those who are thinking about making this decision... Dont. Its slow, really slow and sometimes the servers go down for an hour
