This is the worse company I have a deal with in my life, they got crashed 3-4 times a month, really not recommend anyone to put the business on their server, you guys will get big risk as we got. anyone needs to know the evidence contact me.
I have completed my 1 year with Inmotion hosting and based on my years experience I can say that Inmotion is a very decent service provider company. They provided me with 24/7 support and very polite staff. Hope we will get together very long.
InMotion Hosting has got better on Stealing Moneyâ
InMotion Hosting has got better on stealing peoples money from their credit cards. they do not have option for canceling AUTO RENEW, and they will add extra features to your hosting without you asked for, and charge your credit card. If you ask for refund, they make excuses they have cannot refund money for some weird reasons.
Over $500 a month for a dedicatedâ€¦
Over $500 a month for a dedicated server for 7 years. Their tech support was worth it, until a few years ago. Whatever happened, now they are horrible. My site was down for two hours and I was waiting for a tech support response for well over an hour, than they half-baked fixed it and now, six hours later, I am back waiting for a response. It's been over an hour already. I am migrating to AWS soon as I can. This is a horrible company. And yes, I too pay extra for tech support.
Glad 3 year plan is ending
Had a 3 year plan that ends soon, glad that it is ending soon. Customer service takes forever and while the agents are very helpful, the service is poor. Data restoration tickets sit for days. They had free back-ups that dropped off. They dont update servers as often, and am not sure the hacks I had were not related to that.
They said server crashed..and no back or DR in place..we are a reseller and had about 4 client website and all of it lost and eta is one week. support sucks
I moved to Inmotion dedicated server towards the end of May 2020 and right from the first week, my experience has been terrible. My migration was botched up - took over 8 days to move 200gb of data. Support is very very slow. A support ticket took 16 to 24 hours to get a response. Live chat waiting times are terrible. 20 to 30 minutes before someone responded. Raised a support request for a custom backup, charged me $45 and eventually I was told they cannot do it. The refund took another 7 days and multiple followups. 2 days ago, I cancelled my hosting and moved to a better provider.
Long Time Customer
I am associated with inmotion from long time. They have provided me good service. Price range for my hosting plan is fair & I am really happy with inmotion web hosting. The server speed is good & the way they deal with customer is also appreciable.
No efficient support
This is not my first time I was interacting with inmotion web host. They have just terrible support service. I am just fed up on taking follow ups and having daily live chats. Pro-activity is the main issue I find with inmotion web hosting. Just avoid this web host.
I am in web hosting industry since many years. And with my experience, I can tell you that inmotion provides the quality servers to its customers. They have always done good job in providing web hosting. My issues are resolved in quickly and they even assist me in good way to do things. Reliable email servers.
