I have been part of the company as It do provide stable hosting which is important for business. I know how their server works and It all depends on how we use it . I have seen many reviews saying their server and support is worse but keep in mind that they are providing hosting for better price which is far more better compare to other hosting . Make sure you use server according to the limitation it has and know the process as I have seen many review saying they been charged even after product was cancelled . I will tell it only hapens if you are ignorant as there is option to control these billing in control panel which ppl always miss to check that out. coming to security issue is concern, make sure website is upto date and don't use any unknown plugin which cause site to get hacked, It is upto us on how we use server well in secure manner . We cannot blame on server as It cannot control over add on you put for your site which may be compromised . Just to be frank It is better server with more value added towards customer

I used iPage for a hobby website for 3 years.
It's extremely user friendly and has a ton of extra features. My site never had a single issue.
I decided not to auto-renew however, due to a lack of interest in maintaining my site. I logged in a few weeks before my renew was set to transpire and toggled off the auto renew. I tried to remove my CC info but had no luck. 2 weeks later I was notified that a payment of almost $300 had been charged to my CC from iPage.
I immediately turned my CC off and attempted to call iPage. It was a Sunday but they still answered promptly and the lady i spoke with was very nice. She believed me - submitted a ticket for the software bug, issued a refund for the charge. I received the refund 3 or 4 days later for the full amount. I am now building another site and have chosen iPage again. They are honest and up front about what they provide and quickly fix issues when they crop up.

Horrible support, probably the worst hosting compa
Contacted iPage live support asking them to check and unsuspend my account (with no files on it), but they kept on insisting that I buy their "firewall" and "SiteLock" services, with zero reply related to suspension. I've had live chat with many other hosting companies, never had such a lousy conversation. Without providing technical support, they keep marketing their useless expensive services. The support ticket that I created has no replies either. iPage, you just lost a customer.
The slower hosting I ever used
The slower hosting I ever used. I had an account in ipage for 3 years. The customer service is horrible. The control panel is very slow and mojo installs panel never works correct. I moved to an other company and my sites are finaly work fine and fast. If you search for a web hosting company just stay away from ipage.
Shame there's no option for no stars.

Right from the managers to support staff.
The two experiences I have had with iPage made my mind up about this company.
1) Let my customers domain expire and took 36 hours to reactivate so they had no website or emails.
2) Took 7 days to change the admin contact of a domain which is literally a minutes job and should be done through their control panel. No update despite speaking to their online chat and asking for an update via email.
Avoid at all costs, maybe cheap but the support is non-existent. Not worth the time or money.
It's simply super web hosting site.., I did so far 4 websites from this server, I already recommended so many of my friends too...
Bad service and cannot restore your account due to a mistake was done by Ipage and you bear a business loss.
