Beaware - they will bottleneck your site
I used Cloud Hosting ( 4GB/ 4 Core ) plan from Bigrock. Initially everything looks good so bought for few years plan.
Initially I did not have any problem. But after few months I my Site used to get frequent DB connection limit error.
On investigation I found that max_user_connections limit was set to Only 20.
I asked support team to increase it but they strictly told it can not be done in cloud hosting and suggested to buy either VPS of Dedicated Hosting .
I had to change the hosting and lost 3 years hosting money.
I have attached the proof.

I've been with Green Geeks for years. I am happy they are offering a eco friendly hosting service. I’m not a web expert, but I run a bunch of sites with Wordpress. Time to make switch this web host
The support staff is so rude at customer service, I am definitely going to switch with this host. No server uptime provided, no good deals provided.
If you are looking to buy new web host, definitely avoid bigrock. Worthless web host.

They are the biggest scammers and server with most failures ever saw or had to experience , never do business with them, their service sucks, and repeating always same failures, they sell you unlimited space but then block you with something inodes wich you cant check.

Add-on domain is a fully functioning domain that is created from within your control panel. That means the multiple hosting packages will share the same control panel and server and it allows you to create email, forwarders, etc.
