I started to use HostPapa 2 years ago. I like the unlimited hosting for domain name. I have another 2 host services with other companies, since I started using HostPapa I’ve transferred all of them to HostPapa.

HORRIBLE customer service
Our website and emails were down 3 DAYS and we run a small business. All I wanted to do was renew our domain and they kept opening “support tickets” and said they’d contact me shortly. They don’t care and don’t listen or understan
d what your problem is and just pawn your problem off on the next department, which coincidentally doesn’t make/receive phone calls. I’m PISSED lunar pages did this to their customers.

Add-on domain is a fully functioning domain that is created from within your control panel. That means the multiple hosting packages will share the same control panel and server and it allows you to create email, forwarders, etc.
Similarly, you can add multiple Add-on domains. What happens while creating an add-on domain?
(i) A folder in the public_html directory is created.
(ii) A subdomain gets created for the primary domain and it is attached to the new folder.
